The Aerospace and Defense MBA (ADMBA) program at the Haslam College of Business is a one year program designed to provide leaders at various stages of their professional development with a new depth of perspective of the aerospace and defense industry, allowing them to effectively lead teams forward and transform their careers.

Christa Williams, of Bank of America, received an MBA in December 2022 from the ADMBA program. Even though her connection to the aerospace and defense industry was nontraditional in comparison to her classmates, she proved to be a strong addition to her cohort.
