“Designing a Research Poster” Workshop for Grad Students

The second session of What’s Your Work About? will be on Tuesday, February 22 from 5:30-7pm on Zoom. This session, “Designing a Research Poster,” will explore poster design concepts, research poster elements, software available for poster design, and campus resources to support poster design and printing. This session is designed for graduate students who plan to share their work through a research poster presentation and will include hands-on time to explore design software, during which students can work with sample data or bring their own data to work with.

The What’s Your Work About? series is designed to provide guidance and discussion to help graduate and professional students communicate their research effectively to multiple audiences, both inside and outside their field.
