Fostering the career of graduate and professional students both before and after graduation is an important part of the mission of the Graduate School.
The Office of Inclusive Excellence and Professional Enhancement is an arm of the Graduate School that has the following mission:
- developing programming initiatives to support graduate and professional students’ professional development
- coordinating with UT institutional partners that support Graduate and Professional Student Professional Development (GPSPD)
- providing support and professional enhancement for graduate faculty mentoring.
- identifying goals and achieving objectives that support the Graduate School’s role in facilitating strategic academic partnerships that advance UT’s commitment to attracting and developing a diverse student population.
