Tarun Kosuri is currently an IT Administrator for the Graduate School at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In this role, he supports the department’s technical infrastructure and systems while working closely with teams to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and solve complex challenges through thoughtful solutions. A key part of his work involves designing and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to improve data accuracy, automate workflows, and optimize business processes across the Graduate School.

Tarun earned his master’s degree in computer and information sciences from Texas Tech University. He brings deep expertise in Salesforce Administration, Apex development, and CRM customization. His passion lies in building smarter, more adaptable systems that help higher education institutions work more effectively.

Outside of the tech world, he is a dedicated photographer who’s always on the lookout for the perfect shot and never says no to a good cup of coffee. You’ll often find him playing badminton or cricket, or diving into a gripping action or thriller film.
