Sara E. Bradberry, EdD

Assistant Dean and Director of Student Services

Sara E. Bradberry currently serves as the assistant dean and director of student services for the Graduate School. She works collaboratively with University of Tennessee faculty and staff to ensure quality and unquestionable standards in graduate education, to resolve academic and policy issues facing graduate students, and to provide services that contribute to graduate student retention and success.

Bradberry’s work experience in higher education includes the areas of recruitment, advising, athletics, and graduate studies. She comes to UT from Arkansas Tech University, where she previously served as the director of graduate support services in the Graduate College.

Originally from Arkansas, Bradberry received both her bachelor and master’s degrees from Arkansas State University. She went on to complete her doctorate in Higher Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her dissertation title was “Analyzing the College Persistence and Graduation Rates of First-Time, Full-Time Recipients of the Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship Who Attended a Four-Year Arkansas Public Institution”.

During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and hanging out with her dogs.
