The Graduate Student Senate has a travel awards program to provide support for graduate and professional students who will be presenting research on behalf of UT at in person or virtual professional conferences. The GSS Travel Awards Committee is still accepting applications for travel between March 1, 2025 and April 30, 2025. The priority deadline is Friday, February 7, 2025. The extended deadline for travel happening during this period is Friday, February 14, 2025. 

Students that apply by the priority deadline will be notified by March 7. Students that apply by the extended deadline will be notified of the committee’s decision before the end of June 2025.

Applications for travel period 4 will not be accepted after February 14.
