The UT Mentoring Initiative supports a stronger mentoring culture at UT with research-backed mentoring skills that improve the experience of both mentors and mentees. This fall, participants are invited to join colleagues for a series of virtual, facilitated CIMER mentor training sessions focused on building effective mentoring practices, strengthening relationships, and fostering meaningful dialogue.
