Mathilda is a Student Services Coordinator for the Graduate School and serves as the Thesis/Dissertation Coordinator. She is responsible for reviewing graduate student thesis and dissertation submissions.
Mathilda earned her Bachelor of Science in biology from West Virginia University where she engaged in a variety of research, such as plant genomics, COVID-19 wastewater testing, and curriculum development.
In her previous role as an Academic Laboratory Manager II at West Virginia University, she worked closely with graduate teaching assistants to strengthen their teaching and build confidence in the classroom. She is committed to building relationships with graduate students and helping them succeed in the final stages of their degree.
Mathilda enjoys all things outside, including hiking, kayaking, and camping. She also enjoys crafting, baking, yoga, and reading.
