On October 18, from noon–1:00p.m., the Fall 2022 GPSPD Lunch and Learn Series continues with a panel on entrepreneurship and innovation. Panelists who represent connections to the university and the commercialization of technology through startups will provide background regarding their companies, talk about their lives as entrepreneurs, graduate students and researchers and what attracted them to be involved in a startup. They will also have an opportunity to speak about how UT has been of assistance in their journeys and to comment on the entrepreneurial community, not only on the UT campus, but in the greater Knoxville/Oak Ridge community. Some of the panelists will discuss the importance of protecting intellectual property.
