Teaching and Learning Innovation (TLI) is seeking a graduate student to assist with faculty projects launched under the Scholarship of Teaching & Learning (SoTL) Incubator program during the 2022–2023 academic year. This position reports to TLI’s Associate Director for the Scholarship of Teaching & Learning, and will play an integral role in multiple ongoing studies on teaching methods currently being conducted in collaboration between TLI and UT faculty. Please note that this is a Graduate Student Worker position, and not a GRA, GTA, or GA position.
The candidate will be responsible for assisting in project planning, literature review, preparation for IRB application and related procedures, data collection, and data analysis for any currently active SoTL Incubator projects (21 active projects as of August 2022). These responsibilities may be tailored to suit the student’s areas of expertise and interest. This graduate student in this position will carry out 10 hours of work per week during the 2022–2023 academic year, supporting SoTL Incubator projects identified as appropriate for the student’s experience and expertise.
