Invent2Prevent Program to Address Discrimination

There is an exciting new program led by the Global Security Program at the Howard Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy and the Office of Asia Engagement. The program Invent2Prevent is sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Students will design and implement a tool or creative initiative addressing discrimination, extremism, and violence against Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders (AAPI) in the US. Students will have the ability to earn credit, have access to an operating budget, and may even be able to present their work at DHS in Washington, D.C.
