Finding Leaders Among Minorities Everywhere (FLAME) Program in May and June 2019

The United States Olympic Committee (USOC) is hosting the Finding Leaders Among Minorities Everywhere (FLAME) program at the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center from May 27–June 3, 2019. The U.S. Olympic Committee Diversity & Inclusion department describes the program:

FLAME (Finding Leaders Among Minorities Everywhere) works to expose undergraduate and graduate students of color to the Olympic and Paralympic movement while preparing them for careers in the sport industry. The program offers students an eight-day interactive curriculum with the opportunity to ignite their professional development, spark new aspirations and catalyze their careers while hearing from dynamic speakers, including Olympians, Paralympians, and other industry leaders.

The application for the program is to be available in December, and you can find out more about the program and sign up for updates.
