The major graduation deadline for candidates intending to graduate fall 2018 is November 15. For doctoral candidates and master’s/specialist candidates, the Pass/Fail form needs to be provided to the Graduate School by 5:00 pm on that date. For master’s candidates, the Pass/Fail form can be downloaded; for doctoral candidates, this form will be provided to you by your graduation specialist.
For all candidates in a dissertation or thesis program, there are two steps to complete by 5:00 pm on that date:
- the thesis or dissertation must be submitted to Trace and it must be accepted by the Thesis/Dissertation Consultant (thesis@utk.edu)
- the Dissertation or Thesis Approval Form must be submitted to the Graduate School
Finally, doctoral candidates must complete the Survey of Earned Doctorates.
