The first day of Graduate and Professional Appreciation Week provided many opportunities to show appreciation for our graduate and professional students, and the second day will keep that going. From 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m., the Multicultural Graduate Student Organization will be hosting a panel on intersectionality. From noon until 2:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m., the Division of Student Life will be hosting an informal reception and tour of the Neyland Stadium locker room. Go to the Lauricella Room in the stadium for the reception and take one of the tours. Families are welcome to the evening event! The UT Libraries will be hosting a workshop on poster and presentation design in Hodges Library, Room 211 from 4:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. and the Tennessee Teaching and Learning Center will be hosting a reception to recognize CIRTL from 4:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. at the UT Visitor Center.
And to end the day, the Department of Athletics invites everyone out to the Vol Baseball game where we’ll watch the Vols take on Middle Tennessee State. There are free tickets available to graduate and professional students for patio seating. Supplies are limited, so register to get your tickets!
