All #UTwomeninSTEM researchers, from Animal Science to Kinesiology and Nursing, from Chemistry and Physics to Zoology, and all others, are invited to submit an abstract for this year’s interdisciplinary STEM symposium which will be held in Hodges Library on Tuesday, March 21^st, 2017! Space will be limited. Submit your abstract by March 1^st at 11:59 at the Pipeline: Vols for Women in STEM website.

Events will include: 1) poster and oral presentations where participants will have the opportunity to practice and develop disseminating their findings to a broad audience, 2) a keynote lecture, 3) a panel discussion with prominent women in STEM who will discuss their research areas and key issues concerning women in STEM fields, and finally, 4) a showing of the influential film Miss Representation.
