Faculty, staff, and students are invited to come during those hours to learn more about how ORE assists the campus in its quest to achieve research goals.

Vice Chancellor for Research and Engagement Taylor Eighmy will welcome attendees at 10:30 a.m. and briefly discuss the research enterprise at UT and ORE’s expert staff will be on hand to answer questions about the services their office provides.

Beginning at 11 a.m., attendees can choose to view alternating presentations on Pivot, UT’s new comprehensive database of funding opportunities and researcher profiles, and Cayuse Research Suite, a pair of software applications used in the process of preparing and submitting grant and contract proposals.

Those who register online by September 23 and sign in on the day of the day of the Open House will be eligible to win one of five $20 gift cards to either Starbucks or Union Ave. Books.
