USDA National Needs Fellows Opportunity

Three openings are available for students interested in pursuing a doctoral degree in food science at the Department of Food Science and Technology. Fellows will be trained to integrate food chemistry and food microbiology to design delivery systems for food antimicrobials to improve the microbiological safety of food products.
