The Center for International Education (CIE) fosters and promotes international educational exchange through its services and programs. CIE serves as the main administrative, programming and advising office for approximately 1500 international students, international scholars, and international faculty at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. CIE’s International House serves as a focal point for international activities at UT while its Programs Abroad Office administers student exchanges and study programs outside the United States.
The Office of International Student Services at CIE assists international students with a wide array of issues including immigration advising, personal counseling, financial concerns, and cultural adjustment.
