OIT offers Graduate Teaching Associates and Assistants (GTAs) an opportunity to receive a GTA@OIT Grant, which includes one-on-one instructional design consulting, Technology-Enhanced Classroom (TEC) training, and help in using Online@UT (Blackboard Learn) features including: communication, assessment, and evaluation. Master's and Doctoral candidates wishing to graduate in spring 2016 must submit their thesis or dissertation for preliminary review by the Thesis/Dissertation Consultant. Contact email@example.com for submission instructions.

Doctoral candidates wishing to graduate in spring 2016 must submit their Scheduling of Defense of Dissertation form to the Graduate School by this date.
- Apr. 7, 2016
Master's and Doctoral candidates wishing to graduate in spring 2016 must defend their thesis or dissertation by this date. Thesis candidates must schedule the defense through their department one week prior to the date of the defense. Doctoral canddiates must submit their Scheduling of Defense of Dissertation form to the Graduate School by March 31, 2016 (see above).
- Apr. 7, 2016
Candidates in a non-thesis program must take their final examination by this date. These candidates must be sure to pay an examination fee, if they are not registered for classes in spring 2016.
